Mei Shin completed her pupillage at the Firm under the tutelage of SK Liow and was admitted to the West Malaysian Bar in Oct 2021.
She immerses herself in civil, corporate, and commercial disputes. Her current portfolio of dispute resolution work involves land disputes, rescue, restructuring, insolvency of companies, debt recovery actions, construction disputes, adjudication, and commercial arbitration. She also handles employment law matters involving review of employment handbooks and contracts, advising on grounds of dismissal, and compliance issues.
In life, she embraces the philosophy of “the Golden mean” (a.k.a. 中庸之道) – striving for a balance between extremes.
